Vision

P4P will help players to be aware of their talent what they need to do in order to help them achieve their goals.

P4P will help parents become more self-supporting and aware in order to guide their own child / talent in its development. P4P encourages parents to participate in the long and difficult journey of their talented child that will lead to the ultimate goal: To become a professional.

We want to strengthen each other and P4P wants to create a solid base to be able to operate successfully between clubs, players and eventually the media /press.

Development / Guidance of your own (talented) child:
* Rising at 06:00 AM every Saturday morning, preparing everything and driving miles and
  miles to the next game
* Buying sports gear like four or five football boots, training kits, shin guards, sports bags,
  you name it...
 
We all recognise what has been said above and we are happily willing to do this and make those expenses. Also socially and financially (saving accounts) we help and guide our children. In fact as a parent since the day your child was born, you are the caretaker / agent of your own talented child.

P4P will support you, igive advice when needed and will call in the help of specialists on several areas such as: medical guidance, mental coaching and personal training. P4P also can consult on other areas such as: property management, legal counsel, financial and regarding tax matters.

The profit to be gained by the player / talent and its parents lies in the overall control you will have on your own situation / circumstance and the fact that YOU always can rely on P4P as YOUR Partner.

In the end every player determines their own value when playing /performing at the best of their capability.
